Overview

The platform offers advanced tools to enhance user engagement and detailed reporting capabilities to monitor it. Whether the desire is to review a single course or an entire group, here’s how to access the necessary reports.

Accessing Course Dashboards & Reports

There are two types of dashboards within each specific course. A high level Engagement Dashboard and a very detailed Responses Dashboard.

Each of these dashboards has it's own set of features to help track and measure progress, while empowering admins, coaches, managers and other stakeholders to comment and support the activity of the learners, all in one convenient location. Each one enables admins and instructors to download activity reports in one click. Here's how to do this:

Downloading the Response Report:

  1. Navigate to the course response dashboard where you can download the Responses Report.

  2. Click the 'Download' button.

  3. This report offers detailed insights into each activity within the course, such as step activities, forms, and quizzes. It also includes statistics like video play and completion counts, as well as live video participation and sequence completion rates.

Downloading the Engagement Report:

  1. Go to the Engagement Dashboard page.

  2. Click the 'Download' button

  3. The report provides a summary of the course activities, including a list of all learners in that course, progress percentages, engagement scores, and the support interactions within the course.

Note: When downloading the above reports, a notification will pop, indicating what's included in that report and that it's being sent to the requester's email address (Responses report shown below).

Downloading Group Reports

To obtain a comprehensive report on group activities:

  1. Go to the Global Reporting page and select the desired group from the list.

  2. Choose the report to Download.

    1. The Engagement Scores Report for example, includes an overview of learner engagement and course completion rates across the group. This report helps identify which courses are engaging learners, or may need more facilitation.

    2. There are other reports for billing and average daily users to gain an overview of all activity as it pertains to these categories.

  3. Select A Date Range

  4. The report will automatically load

    1. Note: Some reports are visualized with a download option, some are download only.

  5. Once the report loads, click the 'Download' button.

    1. The same notification will reveal indicating that the reporting is being generated and sent to your email address.
