Overview
The global reporting feature allows admins to generate a range of engagement and other reports for learning groups and courses.
(Note: This is available in the Team Scale plan and can be purchased A la carte)
To access global reporting, hover over the left-nav and click on ‘Reporting’:
Steps to Generate a Report
On the global reporting page, click on the dropdown arrow and choose one or more groups or courses for which to generate reports.
Select the type of report to generate.
Select a date range.
The report will automatically load.
Click the "Download Report" button to download any report.
The report will be emailed to you. To access the report, click on the link provided in the email and download the file.
Types of Reports
Groups: choose to generate reports showing ‘Daily Active Users’, ‘Registered Users’, 'Engagement Scores Report' (Download only), or 'Active Users per Month (Billing)'
Courses: choose from ‘Course Engagement’, ‘Course Responses’, or 'Course Registrations (Billing)' reports.
