A beautiful and simplified course dashboard list, is now the default home page for all instructors, editors, and administrators.
Homepage Dashboard for Admins
The new homepage dashboard offers enhanced visibility and management capabilities with a simplified overview of courses and a set of quick action buttons:
Quick Action Buttons
Participant tracking: View the number of active participants for each course directly from the list view, giving you immediate insight into course engagement.
Quickly update the publishing status: Manage course publication status inline without leaving the main view, allowing for efficient course publishing status management.
One-click dashboard access: Access detailed course analytics and engagement metrics instantly through the dashboard quick-action button.
Streamlined participant management: Invite new participants or share course links directly from the course list using the new quick-action invite button.
Quick course preview action: Preview courses in one click with this icon.
Message participants in each course with this icon.
Manage course deletion through an intuitive set of quick action buttons in the main interface.
Advanced search, filtering and sorting capabilities:
Search courses by name.
Sort courses by creation date, participant count, and other key metrics to quickly find relevant content.
Filter by tag or status in each of those drop-downs.
Managing Courses with the New Course Editor
The redesigned course editor (formerly builder) interface provides a streamlined experience for managing learning programs. There are 5 editing tabs within any course.
Consolidated Course Settings
All course management settings have been consolidated into a single Settings page with the following improvements:
Organized navigation: Access all settings through a convenient index on the left-hand side
Logical grouping: Related settings are grouped together (e.g., public page and registration settings). Course cloning and deletion options are now centrally located in the settings page.
Streamlined interface: Settings are presented in a clean, distilled format for easier navigation.
The new interface maintains all existing functionality while providing a more efficient and user-friendly experience for course management. These updates focus on reducing the number of clicks needed for common tasks while making advanced features more accessible. A full set of settings include (dependent on plan type):
Basics, Learner Features, Cover image, Public Page & Registration, Start & End Dates, Course Notifications, Coach Booking Blocks, Intro Video, Certificates.

The redesigned sharing interface focuses on publishing status and simplified participant management.
Quick Share Features
Direct access: Access course sharing features through quick-action icons on the admin home page or the course "Share" tab
Auto-complete search functionality: Type any learner email to see automatic suggestions for existing platform users
Bulk invitations: Paste multiple email addresses (comma-separated) to invite several learners simultaneously
Status visibility: Toggle between assigned invitations by role, and pending invitations to track participant status
