Overview
Leverage our Group Registration Form feature to streamline the onboarding process for cohorts of learners. Such forms not only ensure that each learner provides consistent and necessary information before accessing courses, but they also allow admins to organize, track, and segment their audience more efficiently. There are two types of forms that can be used: Forms and Assessments.
Form Creation
Group admins need to first create a form using Builder -> Forms, and after that, they will be able to select the created form from the drop-down list in Group Settings -> Branding & Customization -> Registration Form.
Completing the Form
Once enabled, learners signing up will be prompted to complete the registration form before they can access other platform features.
View and Download Responses
Admins can access registration form responses by clicking on the "View Registrations" button located above the drop-down list in Group Settings -> Branding & Customization -> Registration Form:
After clicking on the "View Registrations" button, admins are automatically redirected to the form page where form response reports can be downloaded in CSV or Excel formats.
Additionally, registration form data can be accessed by generating the 'Registered Users' report from the Reporting page, which can be found in the left navigation menu.
Note: Registration forms are not shown to course editors, site/group admins, or instructors.
