Managing Learning Experiences
Once a learning experience, training or onboarding course is create with Saige, there are a distilled set of actions that can be taken to manage those experiences, share them, and review learner progress.

Searching and sorting:
Use the search field to keyword search for your course by name or title.
Sort the courses by 'Recently Updated', Name A-Z, Most Responses, etc.
Filter courses by tags with the 'Tag filter drop-down'. Tags can be added in each course editor, and for any course that has tags, they will show below the tag filter drop-down.

Filter by course status to see what is: Published, Drafted, or Archived.
The 'Actions' title next to the status filter lives above a set of quick actions below that title for each course.

Editing a course: each course has a cover image and title. Click on that to enter the edit mode for a that learning experience (course). Here's an article on how to add and refine content blocks as desired.
Number (#) of learners: this column shows how many learners are in each course.
Publishing Status of course: quickly update the course publishing status inline to one of the following:
Draft: in draft mode any edits can be made but only group admins and course creators will see these courses. Use this mode as the course is being refined and finalized to share with learners.
Publish: once a course is published, it is viewable to learners that are invited to that course, or to all of the people in the learning group, if you toggle the 'assign to the entire group' setting in the course settings.
Archive: once a course is archived, it can no longer be seen by any participants, nor published until it's unarchived.
Templates: any learning experiences that have been made into templates can be seen by filtering for templates.
Actions
Preview: click the 'eye' icon to instantly preview any learning experience as a learner.
Dashboard: access the 2 major dashboards with the next icon in the quick actions. Dashboards default to the engagement dashboard, and can be toggled to see the more detailed 'Responses' dashboard in one click.
Inviting people (sharing a course): click the icon with a person and plus (+) sign next to it in order to share the course and invite them to become a participant.
Delete: Permanently delete a course by clicking the trash can icon and then confirming that choice.
Managing Survey and Assessments
Once a self assessment, survey, quiz, registration or feedback form is created with Saige, there are a distilled set of actions that can be taken to manage those, share them, and review the results.
Searching and sorting:
Sort the forms by Type: Form, Assessment, Quiz.
Use the search field to keyword search for your survey, quiz or assessment by name or title.
Sort them by things like 'Recently Updated', Name A-Z, Most Responses, etc.
Search forms by what course they are in. Here's an article about adding a form to a course.
The 'Actions' title next to the status filter lives above a set of quick actions below that title for each form.

Number of responses: this column immediately shows how many learners responded to each respective form.
Results Dashboard: review the overall results for your form, survey, self assessment or quiz.
Individual Responses: review each individuals unique results with this quick action icon.
Copy Form 'Share' link: click this to get a shareable link for participants.
Delete: click this to delete any un-needed form.
