Overview
Every form has a viewable dashboard with a range of visualized and downloadable data.
Reviewing Form Responses and Data
Users with appropriate permissions such as group admins, form editors or course instructors can view form responses.
Navigate to the 'Surveys & Quizzes' area of the homepage
Hover over the form to review and Click the dashboard icon.
Review the visualized data with charts for each question, and download all of the data when desired.
Accessing Form Data from the Responses Dashboard
Any form dashboard page can be accessed from the Responses Dashboard.
While viewing any Responses Dashboard in a course, click the 'Filter Content' Drop-down.
Then click the 'Forms' option.
This will show how many forms are in the course, and then reveal all of the steps where a form is located when selected.
Next click the form that you'd like to review from one of the steps below. This will take you to the 'Form Dashboard' as above.
