Overview
There are two ways to access current plan information depending on the plan. Only site admins have access to this information.
Orders & Memberships
Subscription Plan and Credit Card information can be safely accessed by clicking on your profile image at the very bottom of the Left Menu Navigation Bar
Select 'Orders & Memberships'
You will see your 'orders' (subscription plan) and credit information.
Easily add or remove a credit to update that information when a card is about to expire.
Site Settings
For Team Growth and Team Scale plans, access Plan information by selecting 'Site Management' from the main left navigation menu.
Select the 'Plan' tab.
The Plan page will display current plan settings and include a number of admin options, including:
Check plan payment status
Switch or cancel plans, or
Reactivate the subscription on the Plan page if it has been de-activated.
