Overview

A team is a subset of people within a group, who are all encouraged to give support to each other. If you have Teams available with your plan (Team Scale or A La Carte), create teams to encourage success and maximize engagement. Once there are participants in the group, it is a great idea to divide them into teams. Teams are people who collaborate and encourage each other.

Create a Team

  • To create teams, select "Teams" from the Group Settings Drop-down menu, by clicking on group icon or initials on the upper left portion of the menu bar.

  • Enter the team name and select "Create Team". Once the team is created, assign members to the team by selecting the appropriate team for each member.


Assign To Teams

Assignment works the same way as other objects like courses and groups in Global Assignment (here's more information on Global Assignment).

  • Note: As noted above, Global Assignment is available in the Team Scale Plan or A La Carte.
