After you create your desired form/quiz/assessment, you may want to create copies of it. This is called 'cloning'. With one click, form cloning will copy the selected form and create a new form with all of the same elements, content, and settings.
To clone any type of form (Form/ Assessment/ Quiz), go to Builder, select the Forms tab, and click on the desired form name. Then, tap the 'gear' icon in the right corner of the form and then select 'Clone Form'. The following GIF demonstrates how to clone an assessment:
