How to Set Up One-on-One Coach Sessions for Your Course?

Leverage our Coach Booking feature to allow learners to schedule personalized one-on-one sessions with their coaches.

Setting Up Coach Booking for Your Course

Follow these steps to integrate coach booking into your course:

1. Add Coaches and Set Availability:

   • Navigate to the Customize tab of the desired course.
   • Add the coaches along with their availability.
     

2. Integrate a Coaching Block:

   • Add a coaching block to the desired course step by clicking the Book a Session option.
     
   • Define the session length, determine a buffer time between sessions, and toggle "Zoom Live Video" on if you intend the sessions to be conducted online.
   • Once configured, click "Save" to establish the block.

3. Completion Setting:

   • Ensure the Autocomplete option is checked in the Complete Step Option below.

Dashboard

On the Responses Dashboard page, you can view the list of available slots and scheduled sessions. You also have the flexibility to edit or delete bookings from this page.
