Overview
Resetting your user account password can be done when logged out.
To reset your password go to the public page for your group.
Groups most often have a subdomain name for their public page, like groupname.dreamseedo.org.
On that page, find and click the 'Forgot You Password?' button.
Enter the email that you signed up
Note: The email must be the one you used to sign up initially or the system will not recognize the email address and the process will not work).
You will be sent an email to go through the reset process.
Note: If someone uses a third-party sign-up method like Google or a company SSO, they must use the same method to sign back in.
