Overview
Archive courses if you no longer want them to show in your active courses, or if you no longer want your learners to access them. There are 2 ways to archive a course:
Archive 'in-line' on Home Page
Go to the 'Home' option from the main left menu bar
Click the 'Publish' status drop-down and select 'Archive'
Archive From A Course
Go to the 'Share' tab in any course
Click the Publish status drop-down on the left side of the screen
Select 'Archive'
