Admins/course editors may run into a couple of issues when adding Google Docs as content to their courses:
1. Error 400: redirect_uri_mismatch is an authorization error that pops up if the domain for the admin's group has not been whitelisted in Dream See Do's system:
To resolve this error you need to reach out to Dream See Do's technical support team (support@dreamseedo.org) and share a screenshot of the error message. As soon as our engineering team whitelists your group domain, you will get a notification from our support team.
2. We couldn't link to your Google Drive, please try again is an error that is displayed if a user's web browser is set to block third-party cookies (the third party in this case is Google Drive).
To fix this issue you need to go to your browser settings and allow third-party cookies:
- Chrome
- On your computer, open Chrome
- At the top right, click More "Settings"
- Under "Privacy and security," click "Cookies and other site data"
- Select one of these two options:

- "Block third-party cookies in Incognito" (recommended)
- Safari
- Choose Safari > Preferences, click "Privacy"
- Cookies and website data: deselect “Block all cookies"
- Microsoft Edge
-
Open Microsoft Edge, select "Menu" (3 dots icon on top right corner of the browser) > Settings > Site permissions > Cookies and site data
-
