The global reporting feature allows admins to generate a range of engagement and other reports.
Step 1: To access global reporting, hover over the left panel menu bar and click on ‘Reporting’.
Step 2: In the global reporting page, click on the dropdown arrow and choose one or multiple groups or courses for which to generate reports. See illustration below.
Step 3: Once the available groups or courses are selected, choose the date range, and finally the type of report you want to generate.
For groups, you can choose to generate reports showing ‘Daily Active Users’ or ‘Total Registered Users’ while for courses, you can choose to show reports for ‘Course Engagement’ or ‘Course Responses’.
Step 4: You can also download the reports as CSV files by clicking on ‘Download Report’. This downloaded report will include additional data. Click the tooltip 'i' to see what fields it includes.
