When a course admin or author wants to publish a course, there are a variety of settings to help brand and finalize the course. The publishing status will set the course to be 'Published', in 'Draft' mode or 'Archived'. A published course will be visible to all group participants (anyone that has been invited to the group). Keep a course in draft mode until it is ready to be made public and make sure to put all 'test' courses back in draft mode when the groups and courses 'go live.'
The 'Publish' tab also allows admins to: change the course to another group, set a maximum number of course participants, limit course open and close dates, set pricing and provide detailed marketing information. The information that is entered in the 'Publish' tab will be displayed on the Course Marketing Page.
Dream See Do enables dynamic content publishing. This means that once you have published your course, you can still update it to add new content, steps and exercises. When adding new steps, we recommend that you add the steps after any step that your participants have already completed, to make the learning experience most clear. You can also create new steps and keep them hidden until you want to publish them by using the 'Step Visibility' feature.
