1. Add a new block by clicking on the '+' button and then choose the Google Doc/Form option
2. You will be required to log in with your Google credentials
3. You can either select a current Google Doc/Form from Google Drive or create a new one

Once the Doc is selected, the content will not be editable by students, but changes you make to the doc will automatically be updated in the document even after you've posted it.
